Using Promotional Codes:

Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. Validating Your Order:

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Repair & Return Policy:

If a product is found to be defective or not found to be working as per the required specifications, the customer will have to take the unit to the nearest Telefonika care service center.
The customer must produce his/her Limited Warranty Card and original proof of purchase when sending it to our service center. In the event that either of these documents are not produced, service charges together with the payment for any part/s being replaced are applicable and the customer will be charged accordingly.

Retail Limited Warranty

Telefonika provides this limited Warranty to person who has purchased a phone.
This limited warranty is only valid and enforceable in the shop where you have purchased the phone.

The Warranty Period

The Warranty period starts at the time of product’s purchase by the first end-user, the warranty period is :
Twelve (12) months for mobile cell phones.
Warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale,repair or replacement of the phone.

How to get Warranty Services:

If you wish to make a claim under the limited warrant, you may call the Telefonika customer service line.
When making a limited warranty claim, you have to present:
1. The legible and unmodified original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the date and place of purchase, the phone type and the IMEI or Serial number, including
2. Undamaged package
This limited warranty extends only to the original first end –user of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchase/end –user.
Kindly Take Note:
Customers are however advised to back up their data before presenting their phone for servicing.
Telefonika will not be responsible for any missing data during or after repair if it is a software problem.
What our warranty does not cover
1. This limited Warranty does not cover user manuals, accessories or any third party software downloaded into the phone.
2. This limited Warranty does not cover
a) normal wear and tear, including without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses.
b) Transport costs.
c) Defects caused by rough handling including without limitation defects caused by sharp items or dropping, etc.
3. The limited warranty does not apply if the phone has been exposed to moisture, to dampness, or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions or to rapid changes in such conditions, to dampness or to oxidation, to spillage of food or liquid or to influence from chemical products.
4. The limited warranty does not cover external or internal breakage, exposure to high voltage or connections to wrong power supply.
5. This limited warranty does not apply if the phone has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than authorized service center of Telefonika, if it is repaired using unauthorized spare parts or if the product serial number or IMEI number has been removed, erased defaces, altered or are eligible in anyway and this shall be determined in the sole discretion of Telefonika.

The normal repair process would take 2 to 3 working days but in the event the device has to be sent to higher level of repairs it would take 7 to 10 working days. On completion of the repair customer will be notified by SMS.

The decision on replacement of a product will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria for that:
• Dead on arrival (If the product is not functioning on reception from the courier, the customer has to contact the customer service number immediately (within 24 hours) and take the unit to the nearest Telefonika care service center. A replacement unit will be provided within 24 to 48 hours by courier based on the analysis by the Telefonika care technical team.
• In the event that a product is malfunctioning and not repairable, it will not be replaced with commercial stock – only the main board of the device will be replaced.
If a product is found to be misused, mishandled, tampered with or any form of unauthorized repair carried out on the device, the unit will be considered out of warranty and the customer will be charged for repairs. The same applies if a product is found to be liquid damaged.
In the event a customer is not happy with the product (e.g. color, model, appearance) then the product will not be applicable for exchange.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities:

Telefonika GH. Ltd may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Telefonika GH. Ltd online also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Telefonika GH. Ltd online website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Telefonika GH. Ltd online reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
Weight and dimensions of your package
Method of shipment (ground, air, sea, rail etc.)
Location you are shipping from (Accra)
Location you are shipping to (the destination Region, town, city)
We also offer free shipping for orders of GH¢ 500.00 and above. Shipping costs for a total order below GH¢500.00 will be calculated on your shopping cart during checkout.

Within Accra – Intra city: 48 hours
Within Accra,Kumasi, Takoradi, Sekondi & Tema: 48 hours
Within Cape Coast, Koforidua, Tamale, Sunyani: 48 hours
Within Tarkwa, Obuasi, Dunkwa: 48 hours
All other destinations within Bolga or Wa: 48 hours

Cancellation Policy:

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The refund process would take 10 to 30 days and would be reimbursed to your credit card. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Telefonika GH. Ltd and accepts the cancellation policies. For Bank Transfer order, if payment is not received in 3 days the order will be cancelled automatically.

Termination of Use:

Telefonika GH. Ltd may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Telefonika GH. Ltd online website at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Telefonika GH. Warranty:

Telefonika GH. Ltd LLC offers warranty on all the products we sell through our website to be free from any defects for 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If during the first year after purchase a defect in the product should occur, return the product with proof of purchase, for repair by visiting our Telefonika care center.

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

o Telefonika GH. Ltd, as an authorized distributor/retailer, warrants this product against any manufacturing defects for the period and type of warranty mentioned on the card.
o The Limited warranty is valid only in the country of purchase unless specified on the warranty card. For all purchases from a Telefonika -owned retail network, please refer to the proof of purchase (invoice) for warranty type and period.
o The limited warranty covers handsets only. Please refer to manufacturer’s terms and condition available in the box /websites.
o For all accessories, the warranty terms and conditions shall be applicable as warranted by the manufacturer. External and supplied accessories, as well as those purchased separately, are not subject to the scope of this limited warranty.
o To avail the warranty service, please bring the product and warranty card to the nearest Authorised Telefonika GH. Ltd Service Center. Service, repair or alterations by any personnel other than Telefonika ’s authorized service centers will invalidate this warranty.
o The limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, transportation, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, humidity, rust, gradual deterioration due to wear and tear, cosmetic modification, drop damage/liquid damage and use with voltages other than designated or operation in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual. In such events or attempts to service, and if the product is found to be non-repairable, Telefonika GH. Ltd shall not be held responsible to return the handset in the original state.
o All personal data, third party or try & buy applications shall not be warranted under this limited warranty.
o This limited warranty is not transferable and will not be honored if the IMEI no. of this product is removed, altered or obliterated or there is misrepresentation in any other form.
o Repaired product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. In case of any manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or fixed, Telefonika GH. Ltd is authorized to replace only the motherboards as per the manufacturer’s troubleshooting and warranty replacement guidelines.
o If the handset is beyond economical repair and has reached end of life, we may, at our absolute discretion, replace your handset with a suitable equivalent model of same brand.

Customer Rights:

The Consumer Code of Rights was issued under Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) Under the Ministry of Trade and Industry; has been charged with the responsibility to ensure that consumers and retailers alike comply with the Consumer Code of Rights, understand their responsibilities and, where resolution is sought, facilitate this process between retailers and consumers.
